  • The WOW process:

    There are three Little Tiny Steps to help you achieve your weight loss goals. So long as you show up, and follow the recommendations (even just 80%), you'll need to buy new pants!

    Losing Phase

    You'll be given daily recommendations to eat real food, including protein, vegetables, apples etc whilest maintaining a negative energy balance. Enjoy watching the weight drop!

    2

    Transition Phase

    This is the Most Important step. We desensitise the WOW protocols so your body learns to function without intervention. Transition prepares you to leave the WOW program. You will also learn, trust, observe & adjust.

    Stabilisation Phase

    Congratulations!

    You've Graduated! ˃ᴗ˂

    Can you say "Bye Bye Fats!"?

    But we’re here for you, and will keep checking in on you to help you stabilise your gains, well losses - your weight and fat losses.
